I have chronic migraines due to a head injury and use this on my neck and forehead to help with the pain. It works to relieve the pain when applied but I am having to apply it too often. I would still recommend this product since it can be used as often as necessary and it does help.

I put some of this in a roller ball bottle with carrier oil and put it on my temples & neck when I get a headache. But what I find amazing is that it does exactly what some company puts out as a "rescue gel" that you put on your neck & temples when you get a headache! And this 1 oz. bottle of Headache Relief and an 8 oz. bottle of sweet almond carrier oil cost almost the same as this "rescue" gel! But I have enough product to make dozens and dozens of 10ml bottles of my own "rescue" gel now! Much happier!

I got a lot of compliments when I put this in my oil diffuser at work. It smells great and keeps me calm in the mayhem of my office, especially since they always give me headaches. :)

I have chronic migraines, as in 3-5 a week. This mixture of essential oils helps a little, the smell doesn’t irate my nose or cause me to vomit (major issue). It doesn’t cure my migraines but it does help me get though them.I use in essential oils bracelet & mister. This helps with an over-sensitive nose during this time.

I bought the 30ml purely because it was 4.5 stars and it was better reviewed than other similar products. But i don't understand how this product got so many 5 stars. Maybe my bottle is defective but it smells terrible. First time i used it, my headache got worse. Granted, i have bad headaches to start with and it might be a coincidence. However i used it again when i didn't have a headache, and it triggered one! It is just a hassle returning it so it is just going into my junk drawer.2 stars because the bottle came nicely wrapped.0 stars for the smell.

This is a generous amount of oil. The smell is sort of like a cedar, w/ just a hint of sharpness in the nose. Something I like a lot. All essential oils feel expensive for such a small amount, but this is a fairly strong oil, so for me, there wasn't a need to use more than 3 or 4 drops.

I use this in a rollerball for sinus headaches. It seems to work when I apply it to my forehead overnight... So, I always keep it on hand.

I suffer from severe migraines and I put this in my diffuser before bed each night. It helps me sleep and reduces my pain intensity. It’s a little high in price but I’m on my second bottle. It’s not a cure but it’s in my arsenal of tricks.
