love this for collage art, it's nice and smooth and is a great medium for gluing pages.

I love using Golden products as they are some of the best. I am a mixed media artist and use it on my projects. I have great results.

I was trying to find a substitute for liquitex brand matte medium (which is amazing and holds great but is very pricy). I found this to be a great alternative so far. No shine left behind like glue will leave at times. Unsure if this will hold heavy objects to a mixed media canvas project but will update this review when I try it (which I eventually will).

This worked amazingly well to turn watercolor paper pad into watercolor paper block.

Used on furniture, it holds up well

I love Golden products and have never had trouble ordering them online. This one arrived with the seal broken and the outside of the jar covered in dried medium that had been wiped off. It wasn’t broken in transit or spilled due to a shipping mishap. There still seems to be enough usable space product in the jar. I love this medium, but won’t buy it on Amazon next time.

I'm a mixed media collage artist which means I glue down lots of stuff to other stuff. This is the best matte medium I have found to date. It protects my images from other layers put on top of them, like watercolor, paint, pencil, more product. It holds well, it dries clear without any shine. Expensive but worth it for protecting your images from possible harm. Great for scrapbookers too. I mix this with paint sometimes because it works well to thin the color.Dries to almost a plastic strength. Protect your fingers and clothing as it is difficult to remove.

I'm just getting into making collages, and this stuff is great. It is easy to use (dries at a forgiving rate) and has a nice finish. It's also sooo much fun to peel off my fingers when I'm done for the day.
