Proactiv Solution Repairing Treatment, 4FL.OZ.

The key to Proactiv to work is to figure out which products you should buy and how often to use them. I only buy 2 products - the repairing lotion and the scrub. I skip the toner. I use each of these products about every third day. If I use them more often it seems to burn my face. I have super fair skin. Outside of a script for Differen, this really does work. Sometimes I see a teenager or adult on the bus with super bad acne and I want to tell them that this stuff works.

I have used Proactive in the past and while it does not eliminate breakouts it does help a bit.This is a giant bottle and it arrived quickly. Really good seller.My issue with this product is that there are ingredients that are on the "acne ingredients to avoid" listEdit. Still have not used. But I just looked at my bottle and it does not say "combination therapy on it, and it expires June 2014. I just got this 2 months ago so my product was quite old

So after getting this, I'm pretty glad I bought it. Beats having a subscription and getting 6-7 bottles of extra stuff you don't need. It seemed fresh with a plastic seal on the top and a new bottle and is like having 3 or 4 of the smaller normal bottles that used to come in the bundles from ProActiv. Probably the only downside to buying this large size bottle, much like a large toothpaste, is the urge to use a lot rather than a little. But it's not like toothpaste companies that enlarge the size of the opening, I believe the opening is about the same as a regular size bottle so no complaints here.

I have been using this Step 3 for 7 years now, and never did my face break out, but after using this under one year shelf life the first application to my face caused my face to break out in little bumps, when I went to the doctors, he said that whatever product I used on my face, I needed to stop using it. I will never order any Step 3 again but will just stick with Proactive.com site for it. But the shipping was on time.

It helps with my acne-prone skin. I have a hormonal issue and I tend to breakout before the monthly event. Using this repairing treatment along with the cleanser does help, while it doesn't prevent/eradicate the breakout completely. When my skin feels congested I skip the usual night cream and use the repairing treatment only and the skin feels cleaner in a few days.

I've tried Proactiv about 4 different times over a stretch of 6 months each try. Initially, it works for me, but then after about the 3rd or 4th month, my skin starts to become very sensitive, red, and DRY. Now, I can only used this lotion accompanying another moisturizer because, although it works for me, it's benefits don't come without a set back.

proactiv works very well. only downside is your skin can get addicted to it.
