I cannot rave enough about this product. I have had it a week now and it is amazing. I linked it to my Alexa and set two scheduled cleanings per day. I have an Australian Shepherd and now you would never know it! No fur anywhere. It got lost the first two days but now has no problem finding its way back to its dock. The WeBack app lets me pick what type of pattern I want and even lets me take control and drive it. I know some robotic vacuums are very loud and I was worried about that but nope!! You can barely hear it. I wish I’d bought this years ago.*****UPDATE*****Never mind. It stopped working months ago and the app doesn't work either. It is terrible.

Well for starters I had to completely disassemble this guy to get it to work properly. The back up sensor was completely covered in glue so it would throw a "Abnormal obstruction" code whenever it worked for more than 1 min and would turn off. The way that I figured out that it was the back up sensor was by covering the port with tape and seeing if the result changed. It didn't so I did some further digging and found that the sensor was covered in glue. once I popped all the glue off and JB welded the sensor to the back of the robot he works great.He passed the chair trap test with flying colors. Its actually a very good robot just the assembly is total crap.Would I recommend this based on my experience. No.Tech support is non existent, it was assembled incorrectly, and this battery is not so great. This really isn't a problem for someone like me but for a normal consumer this product would have been dead on arrival and thrown away. The part that bothers me is that its actually a nice robot just they cut costs in the wrong areas.

In the beginning I was very happy, powerful suction, not a spot missed and our floors looked great! .Unfortunately after about 4 days it started only going backwards and had a constant error code beeping, even after fixing said error.I thought maybe the side brushes should be replaced, since those were the ones spinning backwards, only to discover it didn’t come with the extra set or the filter. Which was extremely disappointingBecause I loved its initial performance.I ordered a replacement since I’m hoping maybe I got a lemon.

This is arguably the worst robot vacuum I have ever ordered. It will stop in the middle of a room with no objects around it like it is stuck. I cannot get it to clean for more than a minute at a time. The app does not sync well with Alexa and you are unable to get it moving again after it’s inevitably stopped for the 15th time in cleaning and only moved 2 inches. It rarely connects with his charging station it is the most fickle to get to charge. I attempted to return it, but was disallowed. I am going back to ordering the N79 Deebot and throwing this in the trash.

Bought this bot for my very large master bedroom. The bot is easy to operate over wifi, but the remote control that comes with it is not very good. You have to point it at the back of the bot to operate it. Overall it does a good job following an efficient pattern and uses technology to learn about the room, the areas it has cleaned and the areas still to be cleaned. The edge feature is great as it can go around the room and clean where dust accumulates the most.

This vacuum was so great, but we really didn't get to experience that much, as the after a full day or two of charging, the battery would die after only 15-20 minutes of cleaning. Unfortunately, the manufacturer wasn't willing to work with us on resolving the problem. After emailing about the situation, they asked us to provide screenshots as proof of the situation. Okay, sent those, then we never heard back from them, even after following up. So we're having to return the vacuum to Amazon.

I have very dark wood flooring and it attracts dusk easily. It was a never ending battle trying to keep my floors looking clean. I use the Robotic Vacuum several times a week. Runs through my entire house while I am at work. When I come home my floors and carpeting look great. It docks itself. I have recommended this product to several friends.

This product will not work with a 5 GHz router or a mesh router. It only works with a 2.4 GHz router which I don't have. I have an Eero mesh router and the vacuum loses connection EVERY TIME with app every time I used the product. As a vacuum it performs well but reconnecting it every time I use it is annoying. I just use the remote that came with the device to control it and it works fine.
