I'm giving this dress 4 stars even though I am returning it, because it's darling and will be right for many body types... just not mine. For reference I am 5'9" about 140 lbs with long torso, and the waist of this dress is practically at my bottom bra line. It is SUPER comfy and the pockets are excellent bonus, but the empire waist was just so unflattering for my body style, it's going back. I ordered the navy blue 3/4 sleeve v-neck with white/yellow/tan flowers and it's lovely, sad that I can't keep it. I feel the model in pictures must be extremely short, or maybe the dress in pic has been modified?!

I love this dress!! Beware that the fabric is polyester city, and is very hot! It looks fabulous, and will resist wrinkles, you will be warm!! I wear a size 16 and bought an XL. It looks nice being snug across the chest, gives it a more youthful silhouette. If you want something a little more modest, order a size up. I may have to get this in a couple more colors! Great dress!

I haven’t worn this yet, but I did try it on. I got a medium which is my usual size, and it fits as expected. It’s not too tight. In fact, it’s a little bit roomier than I expected, but I’d rather have that than something too tight. The material felt good, not itchy at all. Looking forward to wearing this.

Ordered a Large based on reviews. My daughter wears an 8-10 and the large fit okay, maybe could have gotten away with a medium, but hard to tell if it would have been too tight. She is very tall so this length works well for her where other dresses end up being way too short. The material is kind of funny, but comfortable. I wish it didn't have pockets because they tend to bunch up and look like lumps at your hips (which most of us don't need), but if you smooth them down they are okay. It is pretty, and school appropriate, and we would consider ordering some of the other prints.

I really like this dress & am actually wearing it at work today. Typically I wear a 14 or a L/XL in dresses. The XL fits me perfectly. I do recommend adding a belt for some waist definition. Material of the skirt is very silky. Top is fitted, but not clingy at all. If you have a large chest, it could be a bit snug. I'd purchase again in another color.

Oh my gosh! What a steal! I am ordering in more colors and styles! The fabric is somewhat stiff, and is definitely not a "true black" (it almost seemed navy blue in some light). But the fit was PERFECT for my curvy body and hit and hid all the right places! I wore it to a wedding and got many compliments. I am very impressed as I return 1/2 of the dresses I usually buy on Amazon.

The dress fit just a little smaller than I'd prefer. I normally wear a size Medium (145 lbs, 5'5" and 36C). But the top was a little too tight. The material on the top also felt like it may snag easily. I loved the pockets and length. I think it would have looked best with a belt, but if it fit just a little better, it probably wouldn't have needed the belt. It was tempted to keep it because I liked it overall and the price is good, but I am returning. I considered a size large but I feel like that may be too big. I may reconsider....
