Very easy to make, but make sure you buy a strainer bag! Doesn't really have a taste, if made correctly you make it in a cup with about 2ox water just enough to take as a shot, definitely not a sipping tea! It did make my throat and mouth numb the first couple of times but nothing crazy. Overall I highly recommend and have even shared it with friends.

This is one of my favorite Kava products. I initially got it to help with sleep but I've found the best effects by drinking it in the afternoon - it helps calm nerves while boosting energy levels at the same time.

I usually get my kava from a kava house but wanted to branch out and give an Amazon sold kava at try because of the fast shipping. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not impressed with this kava. To be fair, the kava we usually drink is sourced from Vanuatu. I don't have much experience with Fijian kava. We found this kava to be passable but had to use 25% more root in our mix to get it up in the range we like. It's got a very subdued flavor (which could be a boon for some) and the mouth numbing effects were underwhelming. Not a great kava but not bad. A good place to start if you're new to kava but experienced kava drinkers may want to give this one a pass.

Very mild Kava, tastes a bit lighter than most kava I've tried. The effects were nice and balanced. I've definitely had stronger, but for the price this was pretty good.

I don't know if it's reverse tolerance not built or my personal recipe but I don't get great results from most kava. This seems high quality but after using the whole bag, I didn't have many positive experiences.
