I have a Geniani I use at home but I really needed something small that I could use for camping in my little trailer. We don't have a lot of room. This battery powered one really fits my need perfectly. It cannot use distilled water or purified water which is just fine with me because we have well water! So, that isn't a problem either. It charges up really fast and I just use my husband's phone charger. The really small filters didn't cost an "arm & leg" either. This is a great product for what I need. The amount of water it uses for just one night is minimal. It has 2 spouts for mist, I just use 1 for 8 hrs and it still has enough water for probably at least 2-1/2 more nights. Again, this is a great product and suits my need perfectly!

I got this humidifier a few weeks ago and loved it. It's cute and did a great job humidifying my dorm room. But a few days ago, it completely stopped holding a charge. It won't run at all when unplugged and plugged in it will run for about 10 seconds max. I'm really disappointed. It didn't even last a full month :(

After about 2 months of working great I had to replace the charger cord, but that was not a problem. A few weeks later it stopped producing a good amount of steam, just a negligible trickle. Changed the filters as instructed but that didnt help. Now useless. Didnt even get one full winter season.out of it.

Worked great for a week. Now it’ll mist for half a second and then stop. I have no clue what’s going on. It’s fully charged and has plenty of water.***EDITED TO ADDI contacted the sellers and they immediately stayed true to the warranty and sent another one to me.This humidifier is super cute and sleek and virtually silent. It’s perfect for my plants that love humidity

I’ve had this for months now and it’s been charged and recharged after sitting for long periods. Works perfectly and no liquid collects at the top for me. I bought several portable and rechargeable humidifiers to test out and this one is my favorite. I now keep it in the bathroom next to my makeup. I’ve taken it to hotels, and the hospital as well. Has a good output and I like that you can change the side that it comes out or use both.

This humidifier definitely spews out moisture into the air, which can be helpful especially in the winter. The directions are a bit confusing at first, but if you follow them it's not actually hard to use. You can add a drop of essential oil into the water if you'd like. Definitely take note of the warning that the area around the humidifier will get wet. One cool feature is that you can actually charge cellphones and other small devices on it. I wouldn't recommend charging them while the humidifier is going, but when it's turned off that's a nice bonus.

Bought this product in January 2021 and it has been only 4 months. It is not working.I washed water tank regularly, used only filtered water, and did not pour water on electric power area. Very disappointed.I would buy more popular brand product next time.4 months have passed, so refund is not possible... It was wasting money.

This is the perfect size for traveling and moving between rooms when needed. The 2 settings allow you to choose from a light mist, which will make it last longer or the maximum speed which will quickly help with an average size room but thus does affect the length of time it will last. It’s great for when I’m traveling and it has a Charging bank. It’s also very reasonably priced.

Bought it for my plants, the area has no outlet, have to use the battery operated ones. Perfect for the size and looking, working well so far. Love it.

I followed all the instructions but after a month it just stopped putting out mist all together. I don't know if it just doesn't like my filtered water or if it's the product itself.

USB cable that came with the humidifier is broken. That's so inconvenient! Love the humidifier's compact size, otherwise. How do I get the merchant to send me the cable instead of returning the whole package?
