Made In China
The US is the second biggest producer of sorghum flour. China doesn’t even make the top 5. 2 stars for fast shipping but this is being returned asap. Update: this item is not refundable. Calling Amazon next. Ugh.

Great flour!
Super healthy, mixes very well and is excellent in baking. Love it. A bit expensive but worth it as an additive.

Product of China
China is the largest importer of Sorghum, so it is very unexpected that this product would be from China. I prefer to keep my food more local and didn’t easily see anywhere an indication that this flour was coming from China. Also, the organic certification is on stickers that are peeling off the bags so again doesn’t help me feel comfortable with this food source.
