Only had them a few days do carnt really comment

I have been taking these capsules for approx three months and have to say that, for me ,they have been excellent. Since I have been taking them I have found I have much more energy, clearer skin and my nails have improved beyond recognition, though I can't be sure it's down to Royal Jelly. They also taste delicious.

Difficult to review but I am not able to “ float like a butterfly and sting like a bee”

I am on my 3rd purchase as these are just too good. I don’t swallow the capsules, instead I pop them in my mouth and chew, the flavour and thickness of the Royal Jelly is really good and tasty (like honey), then I discard the capsules.I take 2 a day, and I believe this (alongside CoQ10) has helped me recover quickly from a mild case of Covid.Each jar has 30 capsules, so has becomes an expensive health habit as mine only last 15 days... but so worth it.I have noticed my skin has become so much clearer and brighter... to the extent it was commented on a Face Time call.I take it them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach without any issues.I am having to return the 3rd jar as it had little black bits in it and had a bitter taste. I have already ordered a replacement for it, and I trust (hope) that it was just a one off!

Smaller than expected ( capsule size) just begun taking so too early to say on benefits hopefully the cost reflects positive impact

I work shifts and just started taking these capsules, I noticed the last two days I've been bustling with energy but didn't think much about it, then today i looked in the mirror and i was impressed/amazed by my skin. Shift workers will agree with me shifts play havoc with your skin and energy. These beauties gives you back youth energy and beauty.its only when i looked in the mirror and remembered how energetic i felt i put it down to these capsules because i haven't taken anything new.Please try them they work.!

No benefits felt after using in for 1 month tastes like ordinary honey in capsule, so might as well buy local honey for full benefit and have full tea spoon as this 1 drop won’t do much
