I purchased the product for my trip to Malaysia and Singapore. In both the countries, the adapter served as our lifeline serving our mobiles and laptops. There were no voltage fluctuations and no known current issues. Infact the adapter is now being used in my home also to avoid over heating issues of one of the mobiles.

Not yet used as required during foreign travels.

Was initially hard to insert the plug, needed some extra push. But has been good to use.

Product is expensive it's working without earthing and still cost is so high. I don't recommend to others.
