Dull point.. not fine
By now I have learned that medical instruments ordered through Amazon are second quality and each one has its flaws. The tips on my Splinter Forceps are dull and almost rounded off. I can't grab a metal sliver in my skin with these. It might do better with a larger wood splinter. But if you like medical instruments just to look at and never expect to use them, then these will be just fine

Ok, not professional grade
Tip of forceps does not have needle precision that I expected. The tip also does not line up perfectly. The tip is offset by 1-2mm. Not professional grade.
