Perfect and reliable
This has singlehandedly revolutionized my kitchen prep. I use this thing several times a week, sometimes every day. Its been 10 months and I do not have a single criticism. It is a workhorse. I can make delicious, thick and creamy mayo in 1 minute! And the stick fits perfectly in a wide-mouth Ball quart canning jar so I can just dunk all my smoothie goodies in there to scale and let the blender do its magic. It is officially "My Precious" status.

Great upgrade from cheaper versions
After purchasing some cheaper immersion blenders that only last a little while I decided to upgrade. This is more expensive but you can tell why. For the motor is so powerful and doesn’t struggle to break things up. This is a lot heavier than others but in a substantial quality sort of way. It can split into two parts so it can fit into a drawer. Vitamix makes awesome stuff.

From Chunky to Silky in Seconds – This Thing Blends Like a Beast in a Tuxedo
This Vitamix immersion blender doesn’t mess around. My old stick blender used to take forever—it would hum, sputter, and gently suggest things blend. This one? It dives into soups, smoothies, and sauces like it's training for a culinary triathlon. We're talking seconds, not minutes. It’s like the blender equivalent of a Formula 1 pit crew: powerful, efficient, and shockingly quiet for something that absolutely pulverizes anything in its path. I once blinked and my chunky soup was suddenly velvety bisque. Magic. It’s solid and well-built too—none of that wobbly, plastic “I might die mid-blend” feeling. The one-handed operation is smooth and the 5-speed control actually makes a difference. The 5-foot cord means I don’t have to do blender yoga just to reach the pot.If you’re tired of blending like it’s 1995, upgrade to this beast. It’s quiet, classy, and gets the job done like a kitchen ninja with a deadline.

Another great Vitamix product
Have owned for over a year and find this hand blender totally up to the task. Easy to clean as the blending part of the tool separates for cleaning and can go into dishwasher. Highly recommend. Simple, powerful and easy to use.

Awesome product from the trusted Vitamix brand
Wow! This is a fabulous immersion blender true to the Vitamix brand!! I’m a happy owner of a Vitamix Pro 750 (used daily since 2012). This little, cute immersion blender has so much power! My boyfriend presented it to me as a Christmas gift but knew better than waiting until then to present it to me (because I already used it yesterday to make us pasta sauce from whole tomatoes, shallots, fresh basil and spices. It took me 45 seconds on level 2 to make dreamy sauce.I’m a power smoothie person and knew the true test would be my breakfast smoothie this morning. I layered the ingredients as instructed in the booklet (which is the opposite of what I do in my 750 Pro): cacao powder, sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, medjool dates, banana, water. I was skeptical it could produce a smooth smoothie in my actual big smoothie glass. Alas, I turned on the power, immersed this beauty into the ingredients as far down as it would go, started at speed 1 as they suggested and then cranked it slowly to speed 5. Ha! Speed 5 is so powerful I couldn’t move it so I put it down to 3 and blended for about 30 seconds. I was impressed! It made a creamy, dreamy smoothie! It wasn’t as smooth as my 750 Pro mainly because I still need to get the hang of moving the immersion blender around, up and down and figuring out the best speed and duration. It is awesome that I can easily clean it in a glass with water and a few drops of dish liquid in 10 seconds!I LOVE this immersion blender and look forward to making soups, sauces, nut butters and traveling with it once this pandemic is over.Thank you for another fabulous product, Vitamix family :-)—————December 20, 2020 update.I’ve used the immersion blender 1-3 times a day since December 7. My smoothies are very smooth. I made carrot/ginger/cashew soup yesterday and it was creamy, smooth and blended on speed 3 for about 45 seconds.I made coconut milk hot cacao with spices this evening and used speed 3. After blending, I heated it and it was smooth and delicious on a cold day.I also made fresh, chipped ginger /freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice using speed 5 and the juice came out pretty smooth. It had ginger pulp which I expected. What I really love is that I can blend it in any container (as long as it’s wide enough) so I don’t dirty as many dishes. I also like that I can blend snall quantities that are too small to blend in my Vitamix 750 Pro.I’m very happy with it.
