The bands have been fabulous. I injured my shoulder and they are helping me rehabilitate. I like the three different resistant levels. They are compact and easy to store.

Just got my item yesterday and I am excited to start using them it’s to help me lose weight I have a very bad damaged ankle that I need surgery on and these are good to help me do excercises

You will not have to worry about the straps losing their elasticity any time soon after your purchase. You will get lots of tension for your workout. My only complaint is that they could be longer for taller people.

I purchased these to help with my rehabilitation recovery exercises. I anchored the blue band to a sturdy steal column and as I was stretching it, it busted on my first use.Grrrr frustrating but used another band and it worked well. Maybe it was just that one band. They are responsible for the price, I’ll return mine for another set. Overall 3 out 5.

These are really good bands, they offer quite a bit more length than some of the others. So far they have been durable, and the storage case is handy.
