Left my hair feeling in good condition. I dropped a star because the nozzle is to thin so the cream does not come out but no problem I just cut the nozzle off.

Does not come with applicator bottle
Not what I thought I was buying. I buy this in the shops usually and it has an applicator nozzle. This was to be mixed in a bowl and painted on like a hairdressers, so not home application. Was made in India and not what I thought I was buying by the packaging.
