Yes, but not more than once per year as it may be too harsh for use more often. For bamboo, one part vinegar to four parts water is recommended.

I do not know what you would need to use for scratches and a low shine for hardwood floors as I have laminate floors with a high shine and it works great.

No, it is just to clean floors with.

Q: Can I use this on epoxy floors?

Yes. Avoid Use on Tile or floors with grout. Oil finished wood floors & floors that require waxing.
