I'll be honest - it went poorly at first. And although I feel the instructions for uploading designs could be more clearly laid out, I freely admit it WAS user error. As you can see in the photos my design is meant to be printed on a black rug, but when the rug arrived, it was printed on white and basically useless.I contacted the seller - not complaining - just to explain my problem and see if there was anything they could do for me. Much to my satisfaction, they offered to send me a replacement rug at the same large size but at the price of their smallest rug. Seeing as the mistake was mine in the first place I found this MORE than fair.They communicated with me frequently throughout the second order and my replacement rug arrived fast and exactly as designed!Now, let's talk about shipping. I see a LOT of reviews here complaining that the rugs are shipped folded rather than rolled and I will say that for the first week or so, you could still see the visible squares from the packaging. BUT, I rolled the rug up for 24 hours, then placed it back down and within a day or two the squares disappeared and corners relaxed. As you can see in the attached photos, it looks fantastic!It's become the centerpiece of my home office and visiting clients always compliment it. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely order from this seller again - although I'll take more care to follow the directions next time.

I have never left a negative review on Amazon until now. The quality of this item is horrible. This is not a rug. I don’t know what it is, but it’s not a rug. If this tells you anything, it was sent to me in a 10x13 polymailer and fit in my mailbox. It won’t stay flat or stay on the floor. The material that they say it is in the photos in the description is not at all what you get. And it took weeks to get it.So if you’re wanting a custom rug…don’t buy this. So disappointing.

I saw the negative reviews with positive mixed in and was worried. Mine is amazing, the image is clear and dyed on the fabric, not sprayed or pressed where it can peel. This is how it looks immediately after unfolding, the wrinkles will fully disappear in no time. I'm already getting a ton of compliments. Don't expect much help from the seller if your order goes missing, but luckily mine turned back up. 10/10 recommend for the price!

Wish it was a threaded rug but it's just a digital printed rug. I like the clarity of the image but it definitely could be a better product. Maybe I should've went for the square style.

The media could not be loaded. I'm feeling scammed. The website says “commercial, shop rug” and I was expecting some decent rug where my customers can clean their shoes and not an ultra-light slippery rug. Maybe you can use it as a mat for your baby but not even for your house. Not great quality and not a rug!
