This was my first time buying a vacuum sealed duvet. I panicked a little when I saw how flattened it was with all the feathery fluff so smashed up like that. I wasn't holding much hope that the down and feathers would recover from being so seriously crushed.After taking it out of it's vacuum sealed plastic, it took a while to fluff up and I was relieved to see it fluff to the size of a normal all weather comforter.It doesn't have an unpleasant oder as some, even much more expensive ones do. And it's the least crinkley sounding duvet I've owned. The softer sound did concern me a little since the thick material that makes the crinkle sound is what keeps so much of the down from working it's way out of the comforter. But it's been over a month and no more than the usual fluff or feather here and there has worked itself free. Much like the more expensive duvets.The pros far out way the cons with this one. My bedroom didn't smell like a chicken coop. The light weight feathery down is just as soft and cloud like as an expensive duvet and much more affordable. It's made with organic cotton. It's warm, but not suffocating for a hot sleeper. It's less noisy than many others, and still keeps the majority of it's feathers. Spend under $100 for a nice duvet and sleep in comfort as if you spent $300+.Really, the only thing it lacks is loops for the ties. It only has four corner loops and no support on the sides and ends. It's not a major issue but the underside of the duvet cover moves to the top on one end and the top moves to the underside on the other end, which the edge ties would prevent.If not having the edge loops for tieing the duvet more securely isn't a big deal, then this is a great duvet. Just give it a quick shake every morning when you make the bed and it'll be there all fluffy and inviting for you to want to fall into at bedtime.When it comes to quality and price, it's a really good buy.

He was complaining of freezing in our new apartment at night and since his bed is against a huge window we went with the heavyweight twin. He says it’s amazing!(On warmer nights it’s too warm for him, but he assures me that doesn’t change his opinion of it at all.)We’ve had it about a month and it’s February so I’ll probably need to buy him a lighter one for the summer, but that seems worth it to me since he’s so happy.I haven’t slept in it myself but I’ve snuggled with him and I’m so jealous I’m going to buy my own. I’d be willing to spend a little more for less crunch, but I like this one enough that if I couldn’t afford a higher price point I’d be happy with this one on my bed too. Currently I’m considering a higher price point from the same brand.I run cold, especially if I sit still so now I like to sneak into his bed when I’m cold to warm up. I feel warm very quickly but never overheated. It’s so nice to not have to fight to stay warm without overheating like I do with synthetics! That’s what I’m most jealous of.Full disclosure, I’m already very partial to down and other natural products, we already only use down feather pillows, and after this we will only purchase down comforters. I say this because if you go into it thinking that it’s going to be exactly like synthetics, you’re going to be disappointed. Using natural products, requires a bit of understanding of the material you are using.There are little quirks to natural products, but overall/in the long run they’re a thousand times better. Sometimes it takes using them for a while to realize why they’re so much better.For instance, with down, it has superior temperature regulation, causes less irritations long term, and has an ability to cozy up in a way that’s impossible to replicate with synthetics. On the downside, down requires fluffing (this can be a pro too), has a little noise, it can be crunchy at lower price points, and takes special care. But it’s worth it! (honestly even the slight noise/crunch (as long as it’s slight) becomes really comforting once you appreciate it!)So, for this blanket, I was expecting it to be a little noisy and crunchy. I was hoping not too much to bother my son once he gave it a chance. My biggest worry was that it would creak when you don’t move, which I know can happen with cheaper down products.This blanket is little noisy when you shuffle around in it and it’s a little crunchy for my liking, but for the price I have zero complaints! The most important thing is it’s perfectly silent when you stop moving! And the crunch is just that, it doesn’t poke you, and you only feel it if you squeeze the blanket. That’s better than I expected so I’m very pleased!If you want better than that, consider a much higher price point, but as a budget choice (such as for a kid who might destroy it! lol) it’s an amazing option! I’d buy it again and I’ll probably get the lighter version for him this summer.(FYI It does take a few days to fully expand, just fluff it well in the meantime.)

The media could not be loaded.  Was kind of nervous to buy this because of the mixed reviews of it not being fluffy enough. Once I got it in the mail, it was pretty flat but I read that once you put it in the dryer it fluffs up so I put it on dry for about 15-20 minutes and it came out amazing! It actually has gotten even fluffier since we’ve been laying on it for a few days. It’s so comfy and isn’t hot like most comforters. My fiance has trouble sleeping because he gets hot during the night and this has been amazing. He loves it and so do I. Only negative I have about it is that it’s kinda loud? Like when you lay on it it crumples like a garbage bag lol. Probably why it’s supposed to be in a duvet cover. But other than that, I’m impressed.

This comforter is very pretty and feels authentic. The thing is, I am a very hot sleeper and this just trapped so much heat to the point where I was sweating in the middle of the night. I wish I was not such a hot sleeper, I really like the fluffiness. Also, I returned the item & although I dropped it off at the post office…the seller is saying they have not received the item yet & stated they would recharge me what they refunded because they didn’t receive the item back. I dropped off the item, it should be the post office to be held accountable not me.

Made my bed looked really fluffy and soft!

This past week with my new duvet has been the best sleep I've had in years. It feels like you're sleeping in a cloud. Fluffy, crunchy, not too heavy, everything I was looking for in a duvet! I am so happy I decided to spend a little more on this duvet than getting one of the cheaper ones. Truly exceeded my expectations!

Exactement ce que je recherchais depuis très longtemps. J'avais la même couette de plume d'oie, acheter il y a 15 ans, la mienne étant très fatigué, je voulais ravoir la même sensation de "lourdeur". Jai acheter plusieurs couette, la plupart étant super, moelleuse, mais légère comme un nuage. Avec celle ci, je retrouve la sensation de nuage , mais avec une touche de lourdeur extra confo. Perd des mini plume ici et la, absolument comme toute couette de plume, c'est juste normal, et a une petite odeur d'oie , de canard les 1er jours, normal aussi. La mettre a la sécheuse 10 min a son arrivé, et prévoir une housse de couette pour éviter les plumes par terre et pour un meilleur confort. Je recommande.
