I buy these for my companies employees, they are pretty cost effective as we normally have 20-30 employees on site at anytime and i try to give them 4 each for rotating and washing. They could make the fit better for a hard hat but the still work well.

Buy the large pack, because you will need to change out the pads a few times a day. take them home wash them and use them again.

I wear a hard hat everyday. In Florida. These sweatband have been made about 1/4 inch smaller. I have shared them with other crew members and none of us can install them completely. Not a good way to save a penny.

They don't fit all hard hats, at least not mine. If they do fit yours, they're great. I passed them on to members of my crew whose hats they fit. They're great. Just didn't fit my hat.

I love it because it helps with the sweat dripping down and the material and price was ok. they are easy to put on the hardhat and easy to remove.

This product does not fit around an MSA style hard hat or probably any other hard hat head rim strap . Also the buttons are not positioned so that they overlap and clip in. Poor design on their end. No research was done when designing this product. None. I would look for a better product where the clip buttons are installed so they clip in overlapped. Waste of money
