Not sharp. Not well made.
Dull. Would not properly puncture skin. Disappointed.

Don't penetrate
I bought these because I heard they will be less painful for deeper depths. That is true but they also just don't penatrate well. I will only be using these for cosmetic needling even though they don't do as well for that as my 12 needle cartridges do at lower depths. Would not buy again. Will probably try the 16 pin head and will not go higher than that.

All cartridges did not work properly, it did not stay locked in pen. Very unsafe !
