I take Iron supplements daily and I really do appreciate the Tom Oliver brand design and label layout as well as the fact that its made in the UK.However this formulae contains only Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Iron and Folic Acid at reasonably high doses in a fairly large bottle of 60 tablets. From what I've seen there are other complex supplements available online with iron included and more to ingredients at a much lesser price to consider.As priced at £14.99 this is only 2 months supply and as such it is overpriced for what it is.

Am a big fan of the Tom Oliver brand for vitamins partly of course for the content but also for the very impressive eco credentials and superior packaging which would always score 5 stars on. These are a good iron complex and have a very decent amount of iron, vitamin B2 and vitamin C so should be very helpful with helping to combat the effects of tiredness/fatigue and providing extra support for a healthy immune system. I've never had any problems or unwanted side effects from taking iron and find it effective so would recommend these if you've done your research and also know that iron is a good supplement for you right now along with a little extra vitamin B2 and vitamin C . These will last around 2 months taken at the recommended minimum of one a day so although more expensive than some budget iron supplements you're also getting the vitamin B2 and vitamin C and you are paying a little extra for the branding / glass bottle, which if you're conscious of the environment and like to avoid plastic is worth the extra.
