I don't know if vitamin D does help to protect us from getting COVID, but even if it is just a slight health boost, I wanted to get my daughter more vitamin D in her system. We get outside, but I don't know how much of that needed sunshine we are getting overall. I looked up kid vitamin D gummies and this was the first to come up. It was a great price point for a 3 month supply. We are now almost out and I am looking to buy again.My daughter, no joke, asks for them every morning when she wakes up. She loves them so much she wishes she could eat two daily and has asked more than once. They are simple and tasty (I tried one too and they were really great like a regular gummy).
