This is a really nice product.

Excellent tape and excellent value
This works a lot better than a traditional support because it is much more adjustable. You can really tailor it to your needs. The fact that the strips are pre-cut greatly simplifies things too because this way you don't have to round the corners before cutting.

Not very resilient
I have been using various brands of tape for my back and shoulders but I have found the kt tape the worst one at stating on for longer then 2 days . It started to come away at the edges after one night . Will be returning.

Love!!
If you want pain relief but not medicated- this is it!!! They stick on great- and relieve the pain almost instantly- but with the good comes the bad. To get the sticker off it pulls skins and hurts so bad- make sure to wet it for an easier release.

Love the strips
I love the tape. A knee brace is so tight and uncomfortable especially since I can’t wear one at work. I can wear the tape under my pants and it works just as great and is more comfortable. Been wearing it for a couple of years now.
