Hairdryer has not even been used, tried it on xmas day, it made a funny noise, just thought it sounded different, took it out of box to start using this week, as the old one I used was overheating, and it is like something inside as come loose, it makes an awful noise and smells as though it is burning. I would like to return this product and expect a full refund.

Bought this ETI Turbodryer 3500 to replace my old ETI 2000 that broke after 2 years plus of use. It dries hair fast and evenly. It is perfect for long hair. It is a very good hairdryer and I opted to buy this new ETI again. Even though my previous ETI lasted only 2 years, it was no worst than other high street brands of hairdryers I had before (i.e. they all lasted about 2-3 years). I hope this hairdryer will last for longer. I will give it 5 stars if it lasted beyond 3 years.

I have used ETI hair dryers for over 20 years this is the 3rd one I've purchased my last one I'd had for 9 yrs and only replaced as I left it at a holiday rental. It's a no frills hair dryer which is the reason I like it my only problem being the weight it is a little on the heavy side.
