Item arrived quickly and well ahead of schedule. Packaging and box are barely adequate for shipping such a large heavy item. One of the handle mounting brackets on the cart was slightly damaged but did not affect the handle's alignment or function. Steel is heavy, reinforced with gussets, and welds look reasonably solid. Hydraulic cylinder is adequate size and range. Easy to operate. Plastic mat slides on the top of the bed and may be a safety issue if not somehow attached. Pleased with the casters and how easily and straight it rolls on the ceramic floor. Bought this primarily to safely lift full carboys and kegs for gravity transfer during brewing. Holds my 10 gal electric brew system, or two carboys, or three five gallon kegs. The height when raised allows full gravity transfer to a different carboy or keg on the floor without having to use the counter anymore. Works as expected and does what I bought it to do. Makes lifting and moving kegs, carboys, sanitation buckets, and 50# grain bags a breeze and I'm sure my chiropractor will miss me.

It was very simple to assemble and works great. Can carry very heavy items. The wheels are a little loud when I roll across our floor but that is nothing compared to the functionality. I would definitely buy again.

If you are buying this simply for the hydraulic lift functionality, it is excellent and easy to assemble. If you need it to turn tight corners or fit into small spaces, you may have issues. Because it does not turn easily as none of The wheels swivel. If they had the front wheels swivel on this, it would be the best unit ever. For the cost of this unit, the quality is very good, but you can’t replace the wheels on it either because they’re welded on

I purchased the cart for a specific one-time job. The cart was rated for 500 lbs, and the item I needed to move and lift was 460 lbs. It was unable to lift the item without assistance from another jack and the internals could not hold the weight without installing manual stops. The cart itself is well built for the money. I suspect the internal valve components were contaminated with the assembly paint. The cart would function well unloaded.In order to assemble, I had to finish drilling the hole for the handle. There was a very large burr left behind. It would be difficult without tools (I used either a 9/16 or a 5/8 drill bit... can't remember now).It required additional jack fluid to get the hydraulics to function. All jacks need to be bled after shipping, but they need to do better in assembly, so they don't contaminate their own product. (I have not yet disassembled the valve to know this for certain)

Built well! Really worked well. I highly recommend this lift for heavy jobs. We used it to move and install a double oven.

I love this cart. This cart comes in handy when I have no help getting larger items off my truck. I’ve used it to offload grills, heaters, and other heavy equipment. It is great for a one man show. I wish it were a little wider but it works.

Wheels are wacky, not high enough and not easy to push or pull. Also the rubber top does not stick on and constantly falls off.
