This EMR stylus works very well with the Remarkable tablet. It is lighter and at first I felt I needed to write a little firmer but it’s works just as well. The eraser works well also. It is also magnetic to attach to the tablet.A great cheap alternative to the original Remarkable plus stylus.

I purchased this in March, my original pen cracked at the nib, so it was either buy a new one from Remarkable or take a chance on this one! At £40 it was a bargain, it's just as good, the eraser function is the same as the original, it's lighter but works seamlessly - highly recommended. Interestingly, 3 months later, I'm still using the original nib, it came with a couple of spares and I take copious amounts of notes. Happy to recommend this product.

The Remarkable 2 is a great device for the most part (although don't get me started on the addition of wretched scroll bars on documents - almost ruined it), but the markers are hugely expensive and somewhat fragile. I have now broken two my simply dropping them - with the eraser end breaking off in both cases. That doesn't render the device useless, but does mean you have to erase via screen command/mode, which isn't in convenience.In praise of the manufacturers, they replaced my first breakage free of charge without me even asking them to, which was very generous of them.The second time that clearly wasn't going to happen, so I bought this after-market item instead. It's around 60% cheaper, works at least as well - I'm not sure it isn't slightly smoother in operation in fact - and I am entirely happy with it. I believe it works across multiple similar devices, but I can only vouch for the Remarkable, where it is outstanding.Recommended.

I was initially hesitant re ordering this pen following many searches for the best option. Magnetic, good feel and sound when writing on the Remarkable 2 and a useable eraser.The magnet on this pen is actually very good, you have to locate it at the top end of the edge of the tablet and it holds really well. You can't shake it off, I have tried!I can confidently say that this pen achieves all of these really well. Great weight, feel when writing unlike the Wacom pen previously used, too smooth on the screen.Really impressed and feel that this is a perfect alternative to the Remarkable pen at a fraction of the price!Please don't hesitate, go out and buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I bought this as a back up to my Marker Plus stylus just incase anything happened to it. Whilst it looks virtually identical, is the same shape, has similar dimensions and is basically made to look the same (very clever marketing), it is not the same quality unfortunately.In all honesty I didn't expect it to have the same quality but it is notably lighter in the hand and the nib doesn't feel as smooth as my Marker Plus stylus on my Remarkable2 screen surface. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and thought I would put a Marker Plus proper nib in but unfortunately the tool provided to remove the nib is flimsy and wouldn't work so I couldn't remove it in the end.To be fair this review is based on a comparison to an official Marker Plus stylus but for all those reasons above and because I am used to the best I will not be using it and will be returning it and just buying an official Marker Plus stylus as a back up. If you're used to the best this won't cut it for you.

Bought as a backup for my Remarkable pen.Both pen and eraser work, which is a start. However it is quite a bit lighter than the original pen and as a consequence isn't quite the same writing experience, but given it is over £100 cheaper it is probably unreasonable to expect identical performance. Useful as a back up but not a replacement for the original.
