Great accessory, not too clumpy.

I received the bracelet yesterday and pleased to get one I can store my many medical issues on. To my disappointment when tapped on the QR code to go to the website kept getting “website is not responding” multiple times and with two different devices. The email address they provided is not mailer-daemon permanent error.i am more than disappointed especially when I have been trying to contact Amazon to see if there is another website.

I know this is a man's bracelet, but I ordered it for myself (female). The previous bracelet I had was a chain and it snagged on everything and often came undone and I lost it. I also needed a medical bracelet that would hold a lot of allergies. This one fits the bill excellently. I'd recommend this bracelet to anyone. Oh, it's also pretty.

You can only use one page for input. No other features work. Customer service is a joke. I also bought the necklace. I had the same problem with it. I emailed customer service two weeks ago and still haven’t received a reply. Try another brand.

I like that this medical necklace is an easy access to my medical info in an emergency. It’s easy to set up & you can add so much more of your medical history, meds & conditions than those 3-4 line bracelets. I did buy a stronger chain for it.

Because of the shiny, reflective metal, I could not get this QR code to scan into my phone, and had to return this item.
