I tried drying tomatoes on parchment paper but they took too long since they say on their juice. I was drying cherry tomatoes so put these on top of each other and offset the top one to make the openings smaller - cherry tomatoes dry really small!They worked great and went through the dishwasher fine. They're reasonably sturdy but I'm not getting rid of my heavy duty racks.Bottom line, great for the price, worked well, would buy again

I love these cooling racks for when I make bacon in the oven.They fit perfectly in my baking sheets, the edges of the pan hold the grease, a piece of aluminum foil over the top loosely and perfect bacon ever time. I do spray them with cooking spray for a non stick clean up. They wash perfectly in the dishwasher.I can't wait for baking season to start for the holiday season, these will be great.They are very versatile, appearance is like brand new from the dishwasher. No warping.

Shipped quickly, good (not great) quality, decent value for price. I was actually water sealing some blocks and used this to put the wet blocks on so they wouldn’t stick. Worked really well for me!

The two racks are exactly described. They are light weight but should be plenty strong enough for things like cookies and most other baked goods. If you want to hold a large roast or other heavy/dense food item, they will sag and may not be strong enough.For the perfect baking rack, I prefer the mesh to be a little tighter since the half inch spacing allows some small items to slip through (like shoestring fries). My rack with 3/8" spacing makes a big difference in ease of flipping food and for better support of soft foods. The smaller spacing would also help with the strength and sag issues.My only other complaint is the overall size. We have several commercial half sheet pans. A half sheet measures 13" x 18". These need to be a little smaller to fit inside various manufacturers' pans but at 10" x 16" there is quite a bit of wasted space around the edges (see photo). If these were 1" larger in both length and width, the racks would be a better fit to pans and allow additional food to be baked, roasted, or cooled.Despite their size and weight, I find them a good value at less than $10.

These cooling racks are great. I love the grid pattern which provides durability and support. The size is also perfect for lots of cookies or a larger bake like pizza or cakes. These clean beautifully in the dishwasher as well.

Great for baking cookies. Makes it so much easier and letting them cool on the rack saves so much time. Would buy this again.

I use these to cool my cakes, and also to dry my spices. Very useful.

No warping noticed, good oven safe and easy to clean.
