I reordered & it is not 19 inches. It's only 17 inches. A disappointment for sure

I use this as extra tail bone cushion on long flights. The seats on commercial air planes are too flat for my backside after an hour. It has a small air valve so inflating and deflating take more time than I expected for a small pillow. Also, the pump it comes with takes up carry on space but makes be feel better than putting my mouth on the valve (ick!). It fits in an airplane seat and, with some shifting around, relieves pressure on my tail bone. Since it is inflatable, it folds up small enough to stick in a pocket and weighs next to nothing. That was what sold me on it instead of a gel pad. Not perfect, but flying is much improved.

The cushion is made of a very nice material! Purchased 3 of these for my father who had rectal cancer. My only criticism is the pump to inflate the cushion is too small and very cheap. My father could not use the pump to inflate. In fact we used a different pump from a different cushion he had bought but the material of these cushions is the best.

This product is excellent. My sciatic pain is gone. I was suffering for almost 2 months and it started disappearing after I started using this seat cushion. I filled it up with water instead of air as it is helpful with sciatic pain more than the air. I am so glad I bought this. I’m recommending this product to people who is suffering from sciatica.

Bought one in Oct. 2019 went flat, put it in water and found leak in a middle circle bought replacement in July 2020, for husband (still ok)Bought myself one Sept. 2020, hoping first one was just a manufacturer mistake, this one went flat one month later in Dec 2020.So disappointed as we like the feeling of the pillow, but do not want to buy a new one every 2 months at this price. Maybe the company needs some quality control??

Pillow is used as a cushion to reduce possibility of pressure sores on limited mobility person. The seams on edges and interior circles appear to be better sealed than other brands.The included pump makes it easier to inflate the pillow.The pillow is used 24/7. It has maintained air cushion since first inflated.

It's comfortable, but had to reinflite it once so far, only had a week, we well see how it works later on, so far so good. Still working good.
