I like how this sugar is not refined white sugar with molasses added back in like so many others are, to me that isn't real brwon sugar and it defeats the purpose of why I use brown sugar which is to use less refined sweetener. I also like how dark brown this sugar is, nice and rich flavored, also always nice and moist. It is everything else I want in a sugar too, non-GMO, organic, and fair trade. The price here on Prime Pantry was killer too though with how prices fluctuate on Amazon you need to watch it. Anyway, best brown sugar sugar ever!

Wow, phenomenal quality, well worth the price. Seriously delicious molasses flavor, beyond my expectations. Nice soft, moist texture. Put into nice airtight container, with terracotta brown sugar keeper. Going to eat this quickly, maybe even by the spoonful, it's that delicious. Might even buy stock or invest in this company. Definitely know how to make excellent quality dark brown sugar. This is a rarity in dark brown sugar quality.

Very good however was taken by surprise by the strong molasses flavor.

Until I bought this I didn't know what real Brown sugar was supposed to be like. When I cracked open the package I could immediately smell the sweet aroma and it is so soft and crystally. I used this in my Thai peanut sauce in it made it delicious!

it is a great product I love the fact the sugar is moist and so dark and organic but it seems I can't get it at amazon any more but you can go the the manufacturer

I liked it and thought that it tasted just like the brown sugar that we use .The only difference that I noticed was that it seemed a little more wet than what I use and that is no big deal since you want it to melt most of the time anyway.

What a huge difference this brown organic sugar makes in: taste, consistency, no hardening/clumping, enriched taste so you use less. May be pricey but well worth it!
