This is a great chef cap, only compliant is that it is made for extremely large heads.. so if your head runs smaller you might have to sew a button and cut out a slit.. I Velcro'd it all the way and still was extremely loss fitting. Mind you, I have extremely thick afro hair as well! I like the band width for sweat purposes in the kitchen so I just tailored it instead of a refund

Did not like the netting on the hat.

I do not recommend this hat. I bought this hat for our chef. When he opened it, it looked as cheap as a roll of toilet paper. The chef seemed embarrassed that I gave him something so cheap. He never wore it. I am so sorry.

The depth of the har is just too short.
