From the first time I turned the machine on, perfect! We had visited a rolled ice cream store and wanted to try at home. I had no issues from the very start. Practiced twice and used for our Father’s Day party last night to rave reviews! One cup cream to 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. So fun! And so many ad in options!

Only half of the unit freezes. Tried it multiple times to make sure all the gasses in the compressor had settled. Sending it back and looking elsewhere for a better unit.

I seen all the reviews on this. Mine came in perfect condition. I however utilise this as a critical part in a chiller I built. It out performed my expectations.

We bought this and we’re super excited. The first unit it we received had an entire area that wouldn’t freeze so we returned it for a replacement. The second unit arrived and worked better but it still doesn't quite get cold enough to truly freeze the ice cream and allow it to roll as it should. We will likely be returning the second unit and looking for something else.

The media could not be loaded. Bought for Christmas present it arrived completely destroyed covered in nasty oily stuff scrapers missing my granddaughter will be upset for Christmas to late to return in time to order new. So upset I expected better

Worth it, i love making ice cream rolls with this, and a side bonus, it can cool down your drinks if you place the cup on it

It works as I had expected it to, my husband is an icecream fanatic so it was an exciting purchase! It takes a little time getting used to on how to make the icecream and which ingredients work bust but that's just trial and error. Overall I was pleased with my purchase!

Surprisingly easy to use! Quick to chill, takes about 5min to do a roll. Cannot be more happy about it!
