Extremely Disappointed with Product Quality broken product delivered by seller
I recently purchased this chair , and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality. Upon arrival, it was evident that the chair had been mishandled and broken product is sold by seller.The backrest was completely broken, with screws protruding out of the plastic area. The cushion was poorly stitched together with what seemed like a stapler pin, and the handrests were worn out.Additionally, the wheelbase was broken, and the gas lift , mechanism had noticeable dents and scratches.To top it off, there was no warranty card included.This purchase was a complete letdown, and I would strongly advise against buying this product.Please don't waste your hard earned money on this awfull product.
