Cheap and Good Quality
I bought this for my NIKON D750. The grip is very firm and the rubber feels top class. The remote came very hand and easy to use, not good proper instruction tho.. over all the quality is very high and feels so good on my hand. Love it!! Highly recommended... this will save a lot of your money..!

Worth Getting
I would give this product five stars, however, the manual for the remote control is printed very small and the operation of it appears very complicated. One day I will sit down and study the manual, because it is definitely worth getting the remote control extra provided with this option. At the moment I am happy with the fact that there is a big button on the remote that when you press it, the camera takes a photo!Fit wise it is fine. Doesn't really add too much weight to the camera, owners of the D750 will know that due to the redesigned side grip, this camera is very ergonomic and easy to hold anyway. Portrait work is much easier with the grip and it has the added bonus of making it easier to hold in landscape as well, as it is deep enough to be "just right".There are a dazzling amount of options, if you are looking for a vertical grip for your D750, and whilst I have no experience of the others, this seems a very good buy, especially with the added bonus of the remote control.

Essential grip for the D750 + useful little remote for practicing lighting setups with no model
For me these battery grips are essential for shooting in portrait. Never knew the pull of them until I tried it out, then was instantly converted. Couldn't quite justify forking out £250 odd for the official Nikon grip, would rather pour that into lenses. I do have an official grip on my D300 body, and it does feel solid and sturdy, but also weighs that little bit more. This Meike version fits my D750 just as well, and its much lighter which is good as all the lenses I use are hefty. You can certainly tell the difference, but after sticking it on and taking a shot you forget about it and will hopefully never have to think about it again. Shot various shoots and a wedding with it so far, no problems at all.Its one drawback:The tray that you connect the battery into is a bit fiddly to pop the battery in and out of. Nikon's version (on my D300 at least) has a nice, smooth 'slide and lock' into place technique. For this Meike version is I'm not entirely sure what the proper action is. I mean its still perfectly usable, just not quite as polished. If that's worth the extra £190 is up to you though. The remote works really nicely for those quiet late hours when you're experimenting with different lighting setups and don't have a willing model to hand as well. Much less faff than using the timer function, and for the odd group shot when you also need to be in frame its quite fun to use. Few people seem to have difficulty with it, whereas mine connected as soon as I stuck the battery in.

Great product, first class customer service from MIKE
I had trouble getting the wireless remote to work. Despite looking at many YouTube videos and reading instructions. I was going to return the item as faulty. As a last resort I went to MIEKE website and emailed their customer support that I found on their site [...] It was 22:00 hrs in China when I sent the email, I didn't expect a reply. I was amazed getting a reply first thin this morning 06:30 UK time. Not only did they send a reply in very good English but also include a very good video explaining the steps. That's excellent customer service... To summarise the instructions that worked for me:Insert the AAA batteries into wireless remoteSet the Chanel to '00'Insert the battery into grip cradle (but do not insert into grip)Attach the grip to camera body without batteryTurn on the cameraInsert battery holder with battery into grip this will synchronise grip with cameraWithin 10 seconds press the shutter button on wireless remote control to complete synchronisationTo confirm:Set camera to live viewHalf press of wireless shutter release button will focus lensFull press will operate the shutter and take photoJob done all worked correctlyThe grip and wireless remote are amazing value for money, the only thing I would improve is maybe to add a rubberised feel to the two dial buttons to provide more grip feel. But for the price it's an excellent deal, no brainier, totally recommendCan't find how to include the help video they sent , but believe I have covered all the steps.

Surprisingly Good Third Party Grip
Okay.....it's not as good as the Nikon grips I have but I liked the remote option and it works well. The build quality is quite good and fits comfortably to the body. It hasn't let me down yet (3 months down the line) and it gets used daily.

Good grip at a good price.
This seemed to be the best of the various non-genuine options available. It's well-enough made and seems strong enough (including the fixing for the tripod screw). It's not cheap-feeling or bendy. I've never seen the Nikon original, so can't compare it with that, but it seems fine - and a fraction of the Nikon price. A wireless shutter release unit is included in the price and I've found this very useful. Once again this is an expensive further option with the Nikon. It's a good match for the camera finish but it does have an obtrusive white MEIKE logo on the front just below the camera lens, but cautious use of nail varnish remover will deal with that if it bothers you.If you're reasonably careful with your kit and you're not a demanding professional this should be more than adequate.

I was really pleased with this grip initially although it's seen little use
I was really pleased with this grip initially although it's seen little use. Today I came to remove the battery tray from it and the flip up latch simply came away in my hands. No strain or undue pressure and of course it's out of warranty :( I'll contact Amazon and see how they respond.
