Great performance, excellent value for money
Well built, easy to install, for the price the performance is excellent, bit noisy but nothing over the top, may be noisy to me because of where ive installed it and have no insulation or boxing around it.But totally recommend this product.

Easy to fit, seems powerful
This was to replace my old saniflo macerator in the bathroom. It was easy to fit and works well. Only gripe is it alot noisier / louder than my last one, otherwise great

Noisily efficient
Bought to replace a Saniflo where the macerator bearing had seized, I was constrained by needing to connect up to existing fixed in and outflow pipes, but with the connectors provided, and some adaptation got everything installed. Slightly surprised by the macerator noise, but then again it's 600W; certainly does the job very well. Being a larger unit than the former, the close-coupled toilet needed to go forward 2 inches but this is where one adapts. Saved approx. £400 on a like for like replacement, so well pleased.

Nice and quiet.
Arrived really quick. My husband plumbed/wired it himself as he is an electrician. Put in our sons downstairs en-suite and its on the back of the wall from the bathroom. Runs very quiet when shower and loo/sink is used. Lots of money cheaper than a saniflo and seems to be doing a good job so far, early days yet but overall very pleased.

Bigger than an old turboflush item as it makes the toilet come forward 2""
The plumber was a bit dubious about this object and said it looks like an Italian model rebadged with Flo Force supplied by Plumbworks. Have had it fitted a couple of hours ago and tested it a few times with clean water. No leaks and the water zips away a lot quicker like a "Ferrari" than the turboflo and only slightly noisier. He said it should last 4 years> You get what you pay for!! Cross fingers!Unfortunately the mechanism inside crashed and sounded like a dropped bag of spanners after a week . more expense of plumbers to remove and fit a better m/c!! - a turboflo .Got refund of m/c cost

Worked, but not quite.
I purchased one of these in August 2021 when I built an en suite in a master bedroom. As I had no suitable way to route the waste I opted for a macerator. The en suite was for occasional use and consisted of a shower, toilet and small vanity sink unit. As I required sizing for stud work/ enclosures I opted to purchase the macerator early whilst I plodded on with the weekend build.By the time the en suite was finished almost 14 months had passed and we were ready to go. The macerator worked, sort of. Within the first shower we had water coming through the ceiling. After flooding the en suite once (stopped pumping mid shower) re checked all pipe work and had another go. Lo and behold I found that for regular toilet flushes it was ok. But for any sustained flow of water it was not capable. It would stop pumping and require a little kick to the side to get it to go again.I suspect the cheap float switch was to blame. Many premium manufacturers use better quality diaphragm switches. This one uses a cheap float in a tube (like a cistern).Anyway I lost interest in the en suite and 2.5 years later it was hardly being used (a waste of 8k) I decided enough is enough and purchased a Grundfos sololift WC3 at over 3 times the price.Let me tell you this unless you just want a cheap unit for a simple single flush cloak room toilet - do not waste your money. At 55db it is also significantly louder than the 40db Grundfos unit. As the old adage goes - buy cheap buy twice, and I found this out the hard way.
