Nursing Facility
My best friend has a group home that has several clients. This system works well for her. The patients can easily contact their caregivers. It is a simple system to set up. It is a very inexpensive solution. I especially appreciate the ability to take several calls at a time and to prioritize them.

Great for caregivers around the house.
I am the caregiver for my elderly mother. But I am routinely outside doing yard work or working on the car, many times hundreds of feet from the house.Since she is disabled, there are many times when she needs my help in the kitchen or the bathroom, etc. This system is great because I can put different numbered buttons in different rooms such as one in the bedroom, button 2 in the bathroom, button 3 in the kitchen, and when I'm wearing the watch and she hits the button, I know exactly which room she is in to go and help her. The watch being rugged and waterproof is great since I'm usually wearing it outside.Great system for caregivers.

Overall it gets the job done, but has several shortcomings
This wireless calling system on the surface appears to check all the boxes but falls short on delivering a great experience. I'll break down the pros and cons from my perspective.Pros:• Both watch and buttons appear to have great battery life.• The watch's display is crisp and can be easily read day or night• Watch is waterproof! While I didn't test it myself it looks like it would survive a dunk in water, let alone hands or dish washing.• Watch's vibration is plenty strong, and the alert duration can be adjusted for length• Watch can be programmed to automatically turn ON or OFF at specific a time of day. This applies to every day, doesn't allow for a specific schedule (like turning off weekends.)• Comes with 10 buttons, and each one with their own mounting plate. Which can be affixed to a surface with double-sided sticky pad or screwed (no screws included.)• Buttons have a red indicator light to provide confirmation that the press was registered.Cons:• Watch's time is only displayed in 24-hour format. If there is a way to change to 12-hour, I couldn't find it and the instructions don't mention how.• Watch is bulky and somewhat uncomfortable to wear. Feels almost twice as tall as my apple watch.• Watch charger is a proprietary clip design. This is probably to help keep water out, but could be difficult to get a replacement if it is lost or damaged.• The "A" button on my watch doesn't line up with the mark on the plastic shell and sometimes causes button presses to not register.• Following up on the last point, programming is a chore. In part because of the mis-registered button presses but also because of the need to long-press for both "enter" and "exit" in/out of modes.• Instructions say that if the watch runs out of battery charge... you can/will lose all settings changes that you have made... oh boy. Thankfully the watch battery seems to last a long time, so hopefully this wouldn't happen but still annoying after going through all the trouble to program it in the first place.
