great, one has come out a couple of times but that's due to a damaged nose. {need some for my wife now)

They are great when they are in but overnight they always fall out,shame but I have to be honest. If you want to wear them daytime them I’m sure they will be ok though

My wife said I used to slightly, occasionally snore . My doctor said I might have sleep apnea. I wore these last night and my wife could hear me snoring downstairs and I still got up at 3am for a pee . I’ll see if they work better tonight back in their pot .

Tried to use these with cpap machine nasal headgear but they affected the seal thus causing air leak. No good for me at all.
