ASICSUnisex Adult SUPERBLAST Running Shoes

I bought these shoes because they are banned from professional races, and that made me wonder if the shoes you run in can make that big of a difference , IT DOES. These shoes feel like you’re being pushed forward every step, like you have a speed boost. They are super comfortable, sturdy, and simple, no crazy designs or anything to degrade its value as a high quality shoe. I’m surprised these shoes aren’t more than $200

It’s a great shoe and maybe it needs to be broken in more but honestly I like the cumulus more. I really only saw a 2-3 second per mile difference in speed and I was really expecting more given the hype, huge stack height and price tag. People are comparing it to supershoes. It’s not. 1% or a bit more speed difference. Again it’s nice shoe and very stable for long runs and lightweight for strides and intervals. It’s just not a good value and I feel silly with the large stack height. Still an asicis loverUpdate: I guess it’s taken a couple of runs for the shoe to break in. Or maybe it was just a bad run the first time. It’s faster now. 5-7 seconds per mile and about 2 to 2 1/2% faster so I guess it’s half a plated supershoe which is quite good. So Yhea I’m happy with it and updating to 5 stars

Extremely comfortable, amazingly light, excellent fit, responsive energy bounce, and my lower back felt amazing while running since I switched to these. I used to run in Adidas Ultraboost and always had some lower back discomfort for the first mile or two. With the Asics Superblast 2, it was immediate comfort since day 1. The cushioning is elite. I recommend getting half a size down from your normal sneakers.

Bought a brand new pair of these shoes to bring on my trip to Tokyo, Japan and I couldn't have been any happier. I was walking 15k steps or more almost daily and never felt discomfort. The cushion provided felt like I was walking on a cloud and the shock absorption was perfect. The grip provided was excellent and the shoes never became uncomfortably hot. When I arrived back home, I noticed that the shoes still looked brand new even though I used them daily for 30 days.

I'm a 215 lb woman in my upper 50s and I needed a running shoe that's well cushioned, durable, has ample support and has a wide toe area. I bought a black pair and a teal pair. The black is a perfect fit. The teal is too big even though it says it’s the same size as the black. So I’m returning the teal and will order one size down .

No doubt that superblast 2 is great shoe but asics packaging is the worst
