LOVED THEM UNTIL I DID THE UPDATE FOR THEM. AFTER THAT THEY STARTED TO GADE OUT WHEN LISTENING TO MY MUSIC. I ORDERED 65E. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL DO BETTER... ILL LET YOU KNOW.Sounds great. People can hear me when we talk. Love the magnet that holds the ear pieces together. Done talking take them out let them touch and phone hangs up or music turns off.

You literally can't lose these ear buds, as they loop behind your head. Sound quality is very good, especially for audio books. Only downsides to this unit are relatively short battery life (several hours) and limited bluetooth range. Both are minor and unsurprising issues, considering how small the control module for this unit is. Highly recommended.

Great sound but I couldn't believe how long the cord is. When draped around my shoulders the earbuds can almost touch my belly button. And im 5' 11. This creates "kinks" in the cord which makes the ear buds turn the wrong way. It also makes it cumbersome to store and just way too much. For comparison sake my Bose soundsport were just under 2 feet. So theres an extra 12 inches of cord then what ive seen from other manufacturers. Honestly this is so obnoxious I thought it was a joke or something one might see on a sketch comedy show. The sound is fantastic though and probably the best ive heard for the price range. Why they made a 3ft long cord is beyond me. It was the dealbreaker for a return.

Great sound quality. Would not update firmware and died randomly with no warning. Customer service was not the best from the manufacturer. I tried 2 of these with similar results

The little ear buds constantly fall off if nudged even slightly and can not be replaced by standard shaped buds because they have a slight oval shape.If you're not actively playing audio or having a phone call it will constantly connect and disconnect playing audio ques every single time.The sound and mic are great. Battery lasts about 6 hours

After about 2 months (conveniently outside the Return Policy), they started randomly Playing/Pausing as if that button were being pushed. (I tested this on two brands of phone and two brands of tablet and a laptop - all producing the same problem.) I called Jabra and since it was purchased through Amazon, they were only willing to replace them. FOUR MONTHS later, after a dozen phone calls trying to find out what was going on, I got the replacement pair. After only 3 days they were doing the exact same thing as the last pair. Now after fighting with their CS over several phone calls, the most they're willing to do is provide a "website credit." I find the idea of buying another product from them absolutely absurd, so essentially I wasted $100.They sounded pretty good when they worked. And the app is okay - it's cool that the equalizer settings are stored in the headphones so they carry to other devices. That's basically the only good thing I have to say about this product.I will never purchase from Jabra again.

The sound quality was awesome, you could hear all of the different layers of music clearly, much better than many of the other brands I've bought including skullcandy
