I’ve been using Wholefood Earth's Brown Linseed (Flaxseed) for making raw breads, and it’s been fantastic. The 2 kg pack is a great value, and the quality of the seeds is top-notch. These are good for home breadmaking - I rate the flavour as better than the "golden" flax seeds and the cost savings for bulk buying are significant.The package is good - easy to reseal and tough enough to shore in the kitchen cupboard.
