By the far the best nasal dilator I have tried - whilst the others have given some relief they are either uncomfortable or fall out whilst sleeping.This is way better, much much more secure once in place. The others rely on being entirely made of soft silicone to achieve a comfortable fit, at the expense of actually supporting your nasal opening. These use a more rigid main clip structure and the silicone cushioning is instead around each opening. The silicone is also carefully shaped and gently ridged to further achieve a secure fit. I can happily recommend them to fellow sufferers of Rhinitus and Turbinate Hypertrophy, and I imagine they would be very effective for snoring and sports.

It has enabled me to run breathing in through my nose only, which I’m told enhances oxygen uptake in the blood. It has reduced muscle fatigue and cramps. It’s quite comfortable. Only downside is that my nose runs afterwards- or maybe I’ve just got a cold. I’m certainly glad I bought it. Use Milton to disinfect after use.

3 sizes to know which one is suitable. Does really help to breath through the nose during cycling. A bit pricey for a bit of plastic. Comfortable to wear.

Found it very uncomfortable have reverted to Nasle Strips which I prefer
