I raised my babies with slings. I looked for a sling I knew a new mom could be successful with - this one arrived and I gave the gift to a new mom! Styling is simple and easy, intuitive to use. The adjustment 'tail' is useful for pulling sling tighter without having excesses of fabric, the model I was looking for a new sling user. It also has nice padding for the shoulder and at the rims. Be sure to bring the rim up around the babyon the inside as well as out. Wear either shoulder whichever is comfortable for you. Alternating is good to use your body bilaterally to ensure healthy ergonomics. The sizing is great also for a smaller baby. I told the new mom if she learned to use and love it, to buy a bigger slling for her baby when larger. This one is perfect for a new mom/baby pair and will cultivate ease and success. I loved that I could carefully slide out of a sling by settting my baby into a carseat or their bed and leave the sling in place as a blanket --all without disturbing them! I loved that I could have my hands available and be on my feet doing some things while keeping my baby safe and close to me. Slings provide so much opportunity to feel capable and free as a mother while being a wonderful mother and engaged in daily activities and taking care of family or going out and about. My children are adult grown now, I wore slings for quite several years, and I selected this sling from all on Amazon as a great beginner sling and with an excellent price!! I've even made them before custom with silk fabrics as I am a previously a silk fabric artist, now a nurse! This sling comes with instructions on both the product page AND with the package. I have no doubt that the product is good, but out of the box it lacks any sort of instructions. I bought this as an Xmas gift for my dad who has bad shoulders so that he could carry his new grandson more easily. We opened it up and were a little confounded at how unintuitive it was.Again, I have no reason to believe the product doesn’t work. But the last thing you want in a baby carrying device is doubts about whether its set up safely.Even if its just a matter of finding the setup video on this page (is there one?) this product needs some sort of card that comes with it to say “here’s the URL to the instructions!” or “scan this QR code to go to the instruction video!” etc.. Such a simple QOL improvement that I’m surprised doesn't just come with the product. Certainly many purchasers of this haven’t had to use one before.

While this item looks like it is durable it had no body to it. It is lightweight material that squeezes baby. Needed help to get baby into it. It reminds me of headscarf material. Do Not Recommend!

I love how easy it is to use this product. Not for a total hands free carry but def nice for extra support while nursing or holding a sleeping baby

I purchased this mainly for breastfeeding and overall I like it. I still use my carrier for long outings but this helps hold baby up while feeding, it’s More of an assist which is still very helpful! Its also pretty comfortable to wear.

I wanted to try this but was nervous with all the negative reviews. I love it. Mine did come with simple instructions but if you are used to baby wearing you don’t need them. Now- would I use this for a day trip? No. Would I go for a long walk/ hike? Nope. But this is perfect and compact enough to throw in the diaper bag or large purse just in case. It’s great to slip on and go when you have a quick errand and want both hands to work with and don’t want to deal with the bulky car seat. And it is fast and easy to put on when your little one is over tired and over stimulated in the grocery while your older one is taking way too long in the cereal isle and the Karen’s start circling. I wish I bought it earlier. I would recommend to anyone.

The two sides of the sling where the baby goes are hard to adjust individually. My baby was not comfortable and not supported well as we were unable to put him in properly. His feet were always poking out. He is only a month old. I will be returning this.

We love this. I use it to breastfeed my daughter while eating dinner. It has helped breastfeeding while watching my toddler.
