Great Filament Wonderful company
The media could not be loaded. I generally only leave reviews if it's extremely great, or extremely poor. Or consistently one or the other. In this case, this is the 4th color, but the 10th roll I've received from Ziro. This company has moved into my top 3 favorites. I'm using this review for both their "Triple Color" Rainbow and "Transparent PLA". As everyone suggests on Transparent PLA run it as PETG and it runs perfectly and is very nice and transparent. The Rainbow I'm giving 5 stars. It came as expected, it came with a resealable bag, a sample filament (never know what to do with such a small amount), and a cleaning piece. The transparent, however, I'll have to give 4 stars. It WOULD have gotten 10 if I could except it came wrong. Three times. I ordered originally Blue and Yellow transparent. I received Blue and Pink. I needed 2 colors so I used both. Amazon said send what pink I had left back and they'd send me yellow. 2 days later I got yellow. All 3 colors were BEAUTIFUL. I even LOVED the pink, (though it wasn't what I wanted it WAS nice). So a week later I wanted more yellow. So I ordered and again got pink lol. So I called and they had me keep pink and just refunded me. So I used pink for that project. 2 weeks later I NEEDED it. So I ordered it, and immediately called Amazon and informed them last two times I ordered yellow I got pink and this time I NEED yellow the person I'm printing for is specific so please tell the warehouse person to VISUALLY inspect the color. They said ok. Next day? Pink. So again, had to call, and Amazon again resolved the situation. So it has to be a labeling issue with the scanning gun because the label clearly SAYS pink. And Ironically if you WANT to order pink there's like a 3 week wait lol. But the translucent yellow, blue, and pink all were quite beautiful. So I also tried silver which again was very nice. They all have been greatly packaged, with no tangles, and great adhesion using default settings. I can't recommend them enough!

Gorgeous, but finnicky, filament
It took me three tries to print something with this filament. I have a Bambu P1S with AMS, and everytime I got spaghetti. I tried different PLA settings, no luck. I finally decided to try cranking up the temperature and used what is basically a PETG setting, and it printed just fine. Reading previous comments, it seems like this is not an isolated issue, so if your prints fail, ignore the recommended settings, and turn up the nozzle and print bed heat.

Stock photo doesn’t do this justice
We saw this used on a print at a local makers store , and inquired on the filament. I never would have purchased this, by the cover photo - and even second guessed whether the owner told me the wrong name! This prints great and gives of darker tones of Black, red, copper, bronze, and gold

HORRIBLE CHEAP UNUSABLE FILAMENT
This filament by far is the worse to work with I have ever dealt with. I used the recommended temps and multiple machines. NEVER got a good print yet. I even tried drying it thinking it had absorbed moisture in TRANSIT or in WAREHOUSE. I opened it immediately upon delivery and tried to print a standard Benchy and it FAILED almost immediately. Loaded a different Brand of filament (not here to promote anyone) thinking it was a printer setup or slice issue and the same file same slice printed perfectly. Tried it again on my new P1P which HAD yet to fail on a single print. It clogged the hotend and spit like it was wet. I left it for about 2 days in a dehydrator AGAIN to try to dry it out more. Tried on my Ankermake and it would was so thick it clobbed all over the place and then failed. Again I tried another filament and file printed just fine. This repeated itself until I made the decision to never use this roll. My wife not knowing I hated this filament but loved the color tried to print a waving cat and it UNDER extruded even when she rammed up the flow to 150% to try to save the print. I have ZIRO (like that pun) completed prints with this filament. Yes it was a great price but its the equivalent of buying a fully detailed beater car. Sure it looks great SITTING there but when you try to use it all you get it headache and frustration leaving you STUCK.Tried on 5 different slicers and 8 different Machines, TWO Ender 3 Pro Sprite upgraded, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 Neo, Ender 5 S1, Ankermake M5, Bambu P1P, and Neptune 3 Max ALL FAILED.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Ziro is my go-to Brand
I have been printing with FDM printers for 6 mos. I've tried many types of filaments from different brands and ZIRO is one of my favorites. I love the Steam Punk color combination and the print quality is fine on default settings. After doing a quick flow rate calibration test on my QIDI, the surface quality is excellent (same is true with ZIRO's matte tri-color and fast changing matte rainbow). This Crystal Dragon Long Tail and Scale Egg by Cinderwing3d, was my 1st print using Silk Tri-color Steam Punk (pic 1-3). My settings: nozzle temp: 215, bed temp: 55, at .2mm layer height with the outer shell speed slowed down to 40 mm/sec for a good silky shine. I loved the results but wanted the layer lines to be less visible. Lowering the layer height to .16mm was a huge help. A .97 flow rate with the .16 layer height, was even better (4th pic). But this is just what worked for me.I've purchased 8 rolls of ZIRO filament. Any bed adhesion issues or failed prints were 100% user error. The problems were fixed after making changes to the printer settings. I've never had a "bad roll" of filament like some other customers. If I ever do, it doesn't seem that hard to get in touch with customer service for a refund.
