My kids like it, and it is effective.
My daughter has trouble sleeping through the night. I give her melatonin to help her go to sleep and stay asleep.We've had melatonin in gummy form. This is more like a candy, kind of like a Smarties candy. My kids like the taste.

Works to help sleep
These work great! I took them on our vacation to use for the kids while we adjusted to the time change. The kids fell asleep much faster with these. We only used them once because even though they are a natural source of a hormone it is still a crutch that could cause reliability if used too frequently.

These work great! Love how many you get for the price. All 3 of my kids take melatonin so the value is great! They complained about the taste at first because it was different from what they were used to, but now everything is fine.

I like that this melontonine is only 1mg, so it’s easy to control the dose. It works well and helps my kid wind down at night without any issues. Amazon’s price is solid, and it’s a good value compared to buying it in stores. The chewable format is convenient, no need to worry about swallowing pills.The only problem is my kid absolutly hates the taste. I tried one myself, and it’s not the worst, but I can see why they don’t love it. If they made a better flavor, it’d be perfect. Still, for the price and effectiveness, it’s worth keeping on hand and worth a rebuy.

No grogginess
Works wonderfully! Within 30 mins my son is fast asleep 😴 and he stays asleep for 8-10 hours! Great product! Put my son back on a regular schedule within a few days! Highly recommend!

Las eh comprado varias veces , para mis sobrinas y mis hijos, la dosis es baja y basta una para q ellas duerman tranquilas, yo las e probado el sabor es muy rico y sobre todó tolerable , prefiero estas a las.gomitas , xq si les doy gomitas piensan q es golosina y quieren comerse todo el frasco
