Great item...perfect even!
There are other types of cover out there a couple of which I thought looked better then this one but they are very expensive, this one was a reasonable price and had good reviews, the others also looked to be designed for more long term outside storage and not daily access like this one.I'm glad I chose this one it's just what I needed, it's build out of good quality materials both the metal Alu frame and the fabric cover it's self. Following the instructions was easy enough and the whole thing went up in half an hour or so, the longest part being drilling the holes for the expanding bolts(supplied) in the ground.I have a 125 Vespa GTS and it fits perfectly within even with the 45 litre top box still attached. It recently snowed and the cover survived brilliantly with half a foot of snow on it, I did brush the snow off each day though just out of common sense, heavy wind and heavy rain have also not proven an issue. All in all I'm very pleased by this purchase and recommend anyone to give this product serious thought.

Good protection for your bike
The frame assembles very easily and quickly, the cover is a bit more difficult to put over the frame but not too bad. There are a lot of Velcro ties around the outside and some loops on the inside for the ribs, and I had to remove the cover once and re-fit because it wouldn't fold down all the way. The construction of the waterproof cover is 'reasonable' - from the inside I can see small holes all around the Velcro ties where they have been stitched in place, and whilst I don't think that will affect the waterproofing much I got the feeling it wouldn't take much effort to tear the ties off. I'll have to wait and see how it stands up to high winds. There were a few washers missing from the screw pack (according to the instruction sheet they should be included) so I made some up on my lathe.I admit to making a mistake - I cannot fit my Triumph Tiger1050 into this version because it has a high screen fitted, but even without that it would be a real struggle because it's a tall bike. I should have measured up more carefully because I need the bigger version for the Tiger (which is not listed here on Amazon but you can find it on the BikeHome website). Slight problem that the larger version is quite a LOT larger... wider, longer and taller. As it happens I have 2 bikes and my Triumph Scrambler DOES fit nicely inside this one - so I guess I need to buy another anyway. Toying with the idea of making a floor frame out of 3x4 timber to give it some extra height - and if I screw the cover down onto it the weight will hold it in place better because I really don't want to drill holes in my stone flagged drive. That still won't sort the problem on my Tiger1050 because it is some 6" too low for that, but the extra headroom will still be useful. Some sort of 'ground sheet' or flooring might be a good addition but again, that will be a DIY exercise. I have installed a power point inside mine so I can keep a battery charger connected 24/7.The BikeHome is still much better than a close-fitting waterproof cover, there is better air circulation and no pressure points to rub on your paintwork. If you have the floorspace for it I can recommend you buy one - just make sure your bike will fit! (check the home website for more options).

Needs some latch clamps to secure the front
This is better than the last one which I had which was black material that faded in the first year and the material started ripping to a point three years later it fell apart. This shelter the material has some form of rubber water proofing on the inside so should be better. Also being grey it will not fade so badly and hopefully look good. The only reason I may of marked it down a star is that this one and all the others suffer from the front hovering a few inches off the ground. The wind gets under and lifts the cover up. I have got around this by fitting inexpensive DuBois R20305 Vertical Quick-Release Toggle Clamp to both front sides and the base floor. I'm sure the company could improve on this idea.https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01HHX8IV0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Overall the cover is large enough for my GSR750 with room for me to get inside and change the bike battery.

Good product (if a little expensive) but terrible instructions.
ProsGenerally very good temporary shelter with ample room and sturdy frame. Easily fit my VFR800 with room to spare. Waterproof and good locking systems. All the parts were there and it even came in a nice bag.ConsA little expensive for what you get, essentially a frame, some bolts and a canvas cover. The instructions are terrible. Literally a child of 4 could have drawn of sketch of what you find in the bag and then left you too it. No description of how to assemble, no safety highlights, no handy hints; just a page of poor diagrams. There is clearly a high expectation of experience and skill required on behalf of the user which, for the price I do not think is acceptable. Even though assembly of the shelter is largely simple, putting the canvas over the top is not and requires a little more explanation. There is no explanation of how you are supposed to anchor it to the ground, even though they supply you with anchoring bolts!Do not be put off buying this shelter as it is still very good at what it does, takes up little more room than the bike itself and does what it says on the tin. I just think that they should finish it off properly and provide you with enough information to use it properly. That being siad
