It works as it should and better.
After ordering two different bath chairs this one works for me.First one weighed 30 lbs and down depth was 3.4". Too heavy.Second one weighed 19 lbs and down depth was 2" But motor was too loud.The third and final one weighed 22 lbs, down depth 2.3" very quiet motor and other than needing a bungee cord to secure back of seat when it is folded, which works fine.This one was 30% off and was good deal.I am keeping this one. I am 81 and have no help, I can handle the weight.

Worth the money. Ease of use is great. Very few and easy snaps to become ready for use. Quiet lowering and raising. Allows me to use my deep jacuzzi tub that I had been unable to get down in and out of. Love this chair.

Still waiting for extended warranty
The product works but the extended warranty still hasn't shown up!

good solid product
Found it easy to set up and use. Unfortunately my husband took a fall the other night, but we were so glad we had this chairlift to help him back into his wheelchair. Highly recommend.
