I took it for 30 days. I couldn't tell any difference. It is a pretty expensive try but honestly it had no effect on anything.

After only a week or so of taking the supplement I started feeling fuller if you get my drift and it is not incoming to hit the headboard or the pillow or anything behind me at this point X definitely recommend
