I use thi stuff to prepare Jollof rice according to a recipe published by Atalas Obscura and the results are delicious!

Love this spice combo. I use it many different casseroles and soups as well as rice. Adds a nice zip and a slight curry color to the dish. Spicy but not too hot.

This is not my first time buying this item. I'm a returned satisfied customer.
